The American travel community looks forward to welcoming Poland as the 39th partner nation in the Visa Waiver Program, with all the benefits both our countries will enjoy as a result.

According to the US Travel Association, history shows, welcoming a new member into the VWP immediately increases inbound travel from that country and their analysis suggests this will remain true: within the first three years, we can anticipate nearly 96,000 additional arrivals from Poland, whose $309 million in spending will deliver $710 million in economic output and support 4,200 U.S. jobs.

‘This is great news because there has been no movement in the visa waiver program for decades and the industry has been pushing for Poland to be included for as long. IITA will continue to make the case and advocate for the addition of qualified countries to this valued program.  ~Lisa Simon, Executive Director, IITA
