For the third year in a row, IPW is offering an Express Booth option to help Inbound Operator companies that are ready to step into the appointment selling marketplace for the first time or for those companies that need a less expensive alternative to a full booth.

On your behalf, IITA has secured a number of Express Booths that will provide Inbound Operators a savings off the IPW rates!

Express booths are a turnkey package for one fee that includes a single booth, one exhibitor registration, booth furniture and company signage. Express booth exhibitors will receive 22 pre-scheduled appointments and may add appointments to fill their schedule during open manual scheduling.

BONUS! Every IITA Inbound Operator member that purchases an Express Booth may also register one Buyer delegate for FREE, and the Buyer delegate will receive up to 42 appointments and 5 NIGHTS FREE HOUSING from IPW.

IITA Express Booth Options
(Only one booth per company.)

IITA Member Inbound Operator that IS also a US Travel Member: $3,000 which includes:

  • $500 savings off IPW’s Express Booth rate ($3,500)

  • One complimentary Buyer registration with five nights lodging ($1,000+)

IITA Member Inbound Operator that IS NOT* a member of U.S. Travel: $4,500 which includes:

  • $500 savings off IPW’s Express Booth rate ($5,000)
  • One Exhibitor Registration
  • One complimentary Buyer registration with five nights lodging ($1,000+)

* In order to take advantage of the US Travel member rate of $3,000, U.S. Travel Association is offering IITA Inbound Operators – who are not U.S Travel members – a seven-month Pillar Level Membership (50% off full year), saving you another $500 – $1000.  U.S. Travel membership dues are based on company revenues. If your projected/actual 2022 revenues are:

  • Less than $5 million the dues will be – $512.50
  • Between $5 million and $7 million the dues will be – $775
  • Between $7 million and 10 million the dues will be – $1,025

(Call if your 2022 revenue will be/are in excess of $10m for the cost.)

Your seven-month U.S. Travel membership will be bundled with the IITA Member Inbound Operator Express Booth rate of  $3,000 which is less expensive than attending as a non-U.S. Travel member.  The U.S. Travel Association Pillar Membership will be valid June 1 – December 31, 2023.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Payments must be received in full by March 3, 2023 in order to guarantee your Express Booth.
  • A 100% refund will be given if notice is received by March 3, 2023, 11:59 p.m. EDT.
  • A 50% refund will be given if notice is received between March 4 – 31, 2023, 11:59 p.m. EDT.
  • No refunds will be granted for registration cancellations submitted on or after March 31, 2023 and any no shows that occur onsite.

Hotel Accommodations

  • U.S. Travel provides complimentary lodging for five nights, May 20-24, 2023 (with check-out on May 25, 2023, room & tax only) for international and domestic appointment-taking buyers, international journalists, IAC/VUSA Committee chairs, and one Commercial Service representative per country. All others, including non-appointment taking buyers, must arrange and pay for their own hotel accommodations.
  • Note: International and domestic buyers must meet the following criteria to be eligible to receive complimentary lodging for five nights (May 20-24, with check-out on May 25, room & tax only):
    • You submit and accept a minimum of 30 appointments via IPW.com.
    • You participate fully in ALL three days of business appointments (May 22-24 2022).
    • Deadline for Hosted Delegate reservations, as space permits: March 31, 2023. U.S. Travel Association cannot guarantee placement with your delegation for reservations received after March 31, 2023. Reservations will be accepted between April 1-28, however, your final hotel assignment will not be available until May 11.

IITA Express Booth FAQs
  • What is an Express Booth? It’s in a pod of four, single, turnkey booths separated by panels. Everything is included in one fee: one exhibitor registration, booth furniture and company signage.

  • Who is eligible to register for the IITA Express Booths? IITA Member Inbound Operators. Nonmember Inbound Operators may join the association in order to be eligible – and still save $$$.
  • Do I have to belong to U.S. Travel to obtain the discounted rate? You do not have to belong to U.S. Travel to get a discount, but the fee is higher for non-U.S. Travel members. However, U.S. Travel is allowing IITA to package a 7-month membership (starting in June) that will enable you to take advantage of the member rate.
  • How many appointments will I receive as an Express Booth exhibitor? You will be eligible to request up to 22 prescheduled appointments with Buyers. However, when Manual Scheduling opens, you will be able to add appointments up to a total of 42.
  • How many booths can my company purchase? Eligible inbound operators may purchase one express booth per company. We have secured a limited number of booths that will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Organizations wishing to send more than one exhibitor delegate must purchase a single booth directly through U.S. Travel Association.
  • Can I have more than one delegate in each booth? No. These booths are smaller than a full-size booth therefore, only one Seller delegate will be allowed per booth.
  • What hotel nights are covered by IPW for the Buyers? The five nights beginning Saturday, May 20 – Wednesday, May 24, 2023 (checking out on Thursday, May 25, 2023).
  • Can my Buyer arrive early or stay additional nights? If there is availability at the hotel that will be permitted, but at the Buyer’s expense.
  • When will I know what hotel the Buyer has been assigned? IPW will post housing assignments online January 18, 2023. The Buyer must stay in the assigned hotel in order to receive the covered nights.
  • When is payment required? Payment must be received by IITA by March 3, 2023 in order to guarantee your Express Booth.
  • What if I need to cancel? Full refunds will be issued on cancellations received by March 3, 2023, 11:59 p.m. EDT. Fifty (50%) percent will be refunded for requests received between March 4 and March 31, 2023 11:59 p.m. EDT. No refunds will be issued after March 31, 2023 or for no shows that occur on site.
  • When can I register as an exhibitor? NOW! Complete the registration form and sign off on the Terms and Conditions.
