IPW has introduced a new Express Booth option this year to help companies that are ready to step into the appointment selling marketplace for the first time or for those companies that need a less expensive alternative to a full booth this year.

On your behalf, IITA has secured a number of Express Booths that will provide you a savings off the IPW rates … AND we’ll include your FY22 IITA membership dues!

Express booths are a turnkey package for one fee that includes a single booth, one exhibitor registration, booth furniture and company signage. Express booth exhibitors will receive 22 prescheduled appointments and may add appointments to fill their schedule during open manual scheduling.

BONUS! Every IITA Inbound Operator member that purchases an Express Booth may also register one Buyer delegate for FREE, and the Buyer delegate will receive up to 44 appointments and 5 NIGHTS FREE HOUSING from IPW.

This offer is only available to IITA inbound operator members. Nonmember inbound operators can join the association in order to be eligible.

IITA Express Booth Options

IITA Member Inbound Operator who IS also a US Travel Member: $3,000 which includes:

  • $500 savings off IPW’s Express Booth rate ($3,500)

  • IITA membership dues through 2022 ($595 – $895 value)
  • One complimentary Buyer registration with five nights lodging ($1,000+)

IITA Member Inbound Operator that IS NOT* a member of U.S. Travel: $4,500 which includes:

  • $500 savings off IPW’s Express Booth rate ($5,000)
  • One Exhibitor Registration
  • IITA membership dues through 2022 ($595 – $895 value)
  • One complimentary Buyer registration with five nights lodging ($1,000+)

* In order to take advantage of the US Travel member rate of $3,000, U.S. Travel Association is offering IITA Inbound Operators – who are not U.S Travel members – a six-month Pillar Level Membership (50% off full year), saving you another $500 – $1000.  U.S. Travel membership dues are based on company revenues. If your 2020 revenues are:

  • Less than $5 million the dues would be – $500
  • Between $5 million and $7 million the dues would be – $750
  • Between $7 million and 10 million the dues would be – $1,000

(Call if your 2020 revenue was in excess of $10m for the cost.)

Your six-month U.S. Travel membership would be bundled with the IITA Member Inbound Operator Express Booth rate of  $3,000 and STILL be less expensive than attending as a non-U.S. Travel member.  The U.S. Travel Association Pillar Membership would be valid July 1 – December 31, 2021.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
  • Payments must be received in full by June 30, 2021 in order to guarantee your Express Booth.
  • Notice of cancellation must be emailed to kim.fisher@inboundtravel.org.
  • A 100% refund will be given if notice is received by June 30, 2021, 11:59 p.m. EDT.
  • A 50 percent refund will be given if notice is received between July 1-August 6, 2021, 11:59 p.m. EDT.
  • No refunds will be granted for registration cancellations submitted on or after  August 7, 2021 and any no shows that occur onsite.
 Hotel Accommodations
  • U.S. Travel provides complimentary lodging for five nights, September 18-22 (with check-out on September 23, room & tax only) for international and domestic appointment-taking buyers, international journalists, IAC/VUSA Committee chairs, and one Commercial Service representative per country. All others, including non-appointment taking buyers, must arrange and pay for their own hotel accommodations.
  • Note: International and domestic buyers must meet the following criteria to be eligible to receive complimentary lodging for five nights (September 18-22, with check-out on September 23, room & tax only):
  • You submit and accept a minimum of 30 appointments via ipw.com.
  • You participate fully in ALL three days of business appointments (September 20-22, 2021).
  • Deadline for Hosted Delegate reservations, as space permits: JULY 30, 2021.
  • The U.S. Travel Association cannot guarantee placement with your delegation for reservations received after July 30, 2021. Reservations will be accepted between July 31-August 27; however, your final hotel assignment will not be available until September 10.

  • What is an Express Booth? It's a pod of four, single, turnkey booths separated by panels .  Everything is included in one fee: one exhibitor registration, booth furniture and company signage.

  • Who is eligible to register for the IITA Express Booths? IITA Member Inbound Operators.  Nonmember Inbound Operators can join the association in order to be eligible.
  • Do I have to belong to U.S. Travel to obtain the discounted rate? You do not have to belong to U.S. Travel to get a discount, but the fee is higher for non-U.S. Travel members.  However, U.S. Travel is allowing IITA to package a 6-month membership (starting in July) that will enable you to take advantage of the member rate.
  • How many appointments will I receive as an Express Booth exhibitor? You will be eligible to request up to 22 prescheduled appointments with Buyers.  However, when Manual Scheduling opens, you will be able to add appointments up to a total of 44.
  • How many booths can my company purchase? We have secured a limited number of booths that will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, and you may purchase up to two Express Booths.
  • Can I have more than one delegate in each booth?   These booths are smaller than a full-size booth and for safe distancing due to Covid, only one Seller delegate will be allowed per booth.
  • What hotel nights are covered by IPW for the Buyers? The five nights beginning Saturday, September 18-Wednesday, September 22, 2021 (checking out on Thursday, September 23, 2021).
  • Can my Buyer arrive early or stay additional nights? If there is availability at the hotel that will be permitted, but at the Buyer’s expense.
  • When will I know what hotel the Buyer has been assigned? IPW will post housing assignments online in this summer. The Buyer must stay in the assigned hotel in order to receive the covered nights.
  • When is payment required? Payment must be received by IITA by June 30, 2021 in order to guarantee your Express Booth.
  • What if I need to cancel? Full refunds will be issued on cancellations received by June 30, 2021, 11:59 p.m. EDT. Fifty (50%) percent will be refunded for requests received between July 1 and August 6, 2021, 11:59 p.m. EDT.  No refunds will be issued after August 7, 2021 or for no shows that occur on site.
  • When can I register as an exhibitor? NOW!  Complete the registration form and sign off on the Terms and Conditions.
