STEP 1: INTERNATIONAL INBOUND 101

Comprehensive overview of how to work efficiently with international inbound travel trade.

STEP 2: LAY THE GROUNDWORK

Develop resources needed to meet the specific protocols of working with international inbound travel trade.

STEP 3: SMOOTH OPERATIONS

Create a framework and operational strategies to increase international inbound travel trade.

STEP 1 will be delivered in person to the DMO's stakeholders; typically a 2.5 hour program in a location determined by the DMO. 

In addition to the fee for in-person sessions, Host agrees to pay travel and lodging expenses for one IITA representative and one ALON representative. Any travel and lodging expenses that are not directly paid by Host, shall be reimbursed to IITA at the actual costs incurred and will be invoiced with receipts. Coach airfare will be booked for both representatives.
