Terms & Conditions:
- Cancellations received in writing prior to October 31 will be eligible for a refund minus 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received in writing between November 1 – December 14 will be eligible for a refund minus a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received after December 14 will not be eligible for a refund.
Event Participation:
Registration includes all scheduled events unless otherwise noted:
- Suppliers/DMOs will be provided one set of Power Hour Networking Appointments unless the sessions fill. Should that occur a waiting list will be established.
- Spouses/significant others are invited to attend the evening events. Sightseeing tour participation will be offered on a space available basis only, after full Summit registrants have secured their space.
- Industry Partners, Industry Service Providers and Professional Affiliates are not permitted to participate in Power Hour Networking Appointments.
