Information & Fees

 

Inbound Operators

Registration is open to companies that sell/operate tour components/packages for the international inbound travel trade.

– Member registration = $250 per person
– Non-member registration = $750 per person

(Operators that participate fully in Power Hour Networking Appointments, the Operator Forum and submit a Profile Form
will have the fee credited to their membership dues for the following fiscal year.)


Destination Marketing Organizations – DMOs

Registration is open to convention and visitors bureaus, state tourism offices and regional destination marketing organizations.

– Member early bird pricing ($995) is valid through October 31 and is $1,195 thereafter.
– Non-member fee is $1,995.

(Only one set of appointments is provided per organization.
Two registrants will be permitted to participate in appointments together.)


Tour Suppliers

Registration is open to hotels, attractions, restaurants, airlines, cruise lines and other tour component suppliers.

– Member early bird registration ($995) is valid through October 31 and is $1,195 thereafter.
– Non-member fee is $1,995.

(Only one set of appointments is provided per organization.
Two registrants will be permitted to participate in appointments together.)


Industry Service Providers

Registration is open to companies that provide a service to Inbound Operators such as insurance, legal, technology, etc.
The fee includes exhibitor table, chairs and signage.  Industry Service Providers do not participate in the Networking Appointments.

– Member early bird registration ($995) is valid through October 31 and is $1,195 thereafter.
– Non-member fee is $1,995.


Sustaining Members

Registration is open to current Sustaining Members.

One complimentary registration is included with the membership.

Additional attendees will pay:
– $995 through October 31
– $1,195 thereafter

(Only one set of appointments is provided per organization.
Two registrants will be permitted to participate in appointments together.)


Industry Partners

Registration is open to IITA Industry Partner members.


Spouse/Significant Other

Registration is open for spouses/significant others of registered attendees.
The fee includes participation in the evening events during IITA Summit 2024.

Cancellation/Participation Policies:

Terms & Conditions:

  • Cancellations received in writing prior to October 31 will be eligible for a refund minus 25% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations received in writing between November 1 – December 14 will be eligible for a refund minus a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations received after December 14 will not be eligible for a refund.

Event Participation:

Registration includes all scheduled events unless otherwise noted:

  • Suppliers/DMOs will be provided one set of Power Hour Networking Appointments unless the sessions fill. Should that occur a waiting list will be established.
  • Spouses/significant others are invited to attend the evening events. Sightseeing tour participation will be offered on a space available basis only, after full Summit registrants have secured their space.
  • Industry Partners, Industry Service Providers and Professional Affiliates are not permitted to participate in Power Hour Networking Appointments.
