Tourism Cares Announces Keynote Speaker for Meaningful Travel Summit

This week, Tourism Cares announced Dawnielle Tehama, Senior Associate Principal of Coraggio Group and former Executive Director of the Willamette Valley Visitors Association, as the Keynote Speaker for its 2024 North American Meaningful Travel Summit with the Willamette Valley, September 30 – October 2.  

With her extensive experience and dedication to responsible tourism practices, Tehama brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for fostering positive social, environmental, and economic impacts through travel. She believes that industry and businesses can play a crucial role in championing the stewardship necessary to sustain communities for generations to come. 

Tourism Cares’ North American Meaningful Travel Summit is a travel conference unlike any other, open to travel professionals from all sectors of the travel and tourism industry. It’s designed to inspire, educate, and activate the tourism industry by growing partnerships, building relationships, and sharing best practices in sustainable travel to better equip companies and the local communities that they serve.
As part of this year’s program, attendees will explore the Willamette Valley region and engage with local changemakers through facilitated networking opportunities, educational sessions, meaningful experiences, tours, and more.
